Shipping is free for all orders valued at A$100 or more.
If your order is less than A$100 total, a shipping charge of A$15 will be added to your order.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped with Startrack from our warehouse in Shepparton. Delivery to most states in Australia generally takes 2-4 business days. Delivery to Western Australia takes about 5-7 business days

The delivery time within Australia is estimated with 2-7 business days and depends on the local postal service.
Please allow this much time for your order to arrive.
If your estimated delivery date has exceeded more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order, just click here so we can help you further.
Please note that during November & December delivery times can be longer than usual.
Changing your Delivery address?
Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is paid for and/or shipped. If you have any questions about address changes, please email our team at info@medcon.com.au.
Please note: Delivery is only available to Street Addresses we cannot deliver to Post Boxes
Not home to receive the delivery?
If you are not there to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt may be made or your parcel will be stored at a post office/depot. Either way, you will be notified that an attempt was made to deliver your parcel and you will receive information in your letter box.
