Freight Surcharge

1 > 5 cartons = $25.00 flat rate

6 > 9 cartons = $5.00 per carton

10+ cartons = Free Into Store

Minimum Order Surcharge

All orders less than $250.00 (excluding freight) will incur a $15.00 surcharge.
